Agreement
– By engaging the services of FixTheVisual, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Services
– FixTheVisual offers a range of photo editing and related services, including but not limited to background removal, color correction, image retouching, and ghost mannequin. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.
Scope of Work
– The scope of work will be clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of the project. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may require a written amendment to the agreement.
Intellectual Property
– FixTheVisual retains full ownership and copyright of all edited materials created during the project. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final edited product for the agreed-upon purposes as outlined in the agreement.
Confidentiality
– FixTheVisual understands the importance of confidentiality and will treat any information provided by the client as strictly confidential. FixTheVisual will not disclose or share any confidential information with third parties, except as required by law or with the client’s express permission.
Payment
– Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the agreement or project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of the project. Payment for services rendered shall be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Revisions
– FixTheVisual aims to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. A reasonable number of revisions within the scope of work will be accommodated. Additional revisions or changes requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees.
Liability
– While FixTheVisual exercises utmost care and professionalism in its work, it cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The client acknowledges that photo editing involves inherent risks and agrees to release FixTheVisual from any liability arising from such risks.
Termination
– Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, FixTheVisual shall be compensated for any work performed up to the termination date in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms.
Governing Law
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FixTheVisual is located.
By engaging the services of FixTheVisual, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
